Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The initial conversation and a basic assessment of your requirement are free. Detailed audits of an existing large setup are quoted separately.
How fast can you deliver hardware?
Standard business builds typically ship within a week of order confirmation, subject to component availability. Bulk rollouts are staged to an agreed schedule.
Will I own the software you build?
Yes. On full payment, the source code and all associated documentation are yours. We don't hold code as leverage.
Do you support hardware you didn't supply?
Usually yes. We'll audit the existing fleet first and tell you honestly which units are worth covering under an AMC and which aren't.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Often that's the best arrangement — we handle the specialist builds and development while your team keeps day-to-day operations.
What areas do you serve?
